[개인정보 제3자 제공]
가. 회사는 회원들의 개인정보를 개인정보의 수집이용 목적에서 고지한 범위 내에서 사용하며, 회원의 사전 동의 없이 동 범위를 초과하여 이용하거나 원칙적으로 회원의 개인정보를 제 3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
① 회원들이 사전에 공개 또는 제3자 제공에 동의한 경우
② 법령의 규정에 의거하나, 수사, 조사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관 및 감독 당국의 요구가 있는 경우
나. 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 통하여 주문 및 결제가 이루어진 경우, 상담 등 거래 당사자간 원활한 의사소통 및 배송 등 거래이행을 위하여 관련된 정보를 필요한 범위 내에서 거래 당사자에게 제공합니다.
① OO택배사: 주문자 이름, 수취인 이름 배송지 정보, 연락처
그 밖에 개인정보 제3자 제공이 필요한 경우에는 합당한 절차를 통한 회원의 동의를 얻어 제3자에게 개인정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.
[Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties]
a. The ‘Company’ uses members’ personal information within the scope notified for the purpose of collection and use of personal information. The ‘Company’ will not use the information beyond this scope or provide members’ personal information to third parties without prior consent. However, the following exceptions apply:
- If members have given prior consent for disclosure or provision to third parties.
- In accordance with legal provisions, if there is a request from law enforcement agencies or supervisory authorities for investigation or inquiry purposes, and such requests follow the prescribed procedures and methods stipulated by law.
b. When orders and payments are made through the services provided by the ‘Company,’ the necessary information may be provided to the relevant parties for smooth communication, including counseling, delivery, and transaction fulfillment.
- OO Delivery Company: Orderer’s name, recipient’s name, shipping address, contact information.
In cases where provision of personal information to third parties is required, the ‘Company’ will obtain the member’s consent through a proper procedure before providing the information to third parties.
